Site Customer Service Specialist Jobs Vacancy in Dhl Global Forwarding Ireland Dublin Jobs Details:

Key Deliverables:

Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function – orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.

Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner

Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries

Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.

Participate in regular business reviews, conference calls and face to face, based on defined customer
portfolios

Liaising with Distribution to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence

Liaising with Manufacturing to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence

Liaising with commercial, manufacturing finance and Financial Shared services and to ensure accuracy regarding material and customer master set ups

Maintaining accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities

Maintain accurate and organised customer files for all orders, business reviews etc.

Responsible for progressing and expediting orders received from distributors, customers and internal departments

Schedule and book international and domestic shipments accordingly

Handle products, complaints, returns and follow-up professionally and in a timely manner

With guidance, research and resolve basic customer claims when applicable

Responsible for entering purchase orders for non-inventory materials accurately and release standing and blanket orders

Run basic ERP reports

Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner

Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries

Participate in the implementation of operational processes and perform work to the standards of current
Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Goods Distribution Practices (cGDP)

Ensure operational compliance to all revenue and international trade legislative requirements, in addition to all DGF IE policies and procedures (H&S, Quality, Environmental, HR, etc), and work in a manner that supports the Company environment programme
