As a member of the European Reward team, the Reward Business Partner will report directly to the Rewards Director, Europe & Russia and will be responsible for managing multiple relationships within the business, acting as a consultant with expert knowledge and understanding of company and market reward practice.
Reward Management & Advisory Services
Such activities will involve:
Design and development of Reward products, policies and processes that will enable the business to attract, retain and motivate the right talent.
Coach and support HR Business Partners and HR Centre of Expertise Partners in optimising reward elements and to identify opportunities to improve our service
Contribute to the HR Strategic Agenda by evaluating and developing reward systems \ programmes that facilitate the delivery and achievement of business goals
Provide market insight through the analysis of market data and presentation of the results to HR management
Influence, develop and implement the Regional Reward Strategy
Play a key role in the effective delivery of the annual reward cycle
3+ years’ experience working in a Reward \ Business Partnering Role
Proven experience in project management and implementation
High standard of presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on MS Excel
Highly numerate with a strong analytical mindset
Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
High commercial focus and insight orientation.
Clear and concise (verbal and written) communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders
Strong team ethic
